I will bid $8 but I would first like to know time intervals between bulletins you post. Another words I don't want my bulletin posted and then you post another bulletin for someone else or for yourself right after mine and have mine go to the bottom quickly.
i rarely post bulletins on this account because then when i do, people think its something worth reading and are more interested in looking at them. i will post your bulletins at peak times for the account. if i need to post a bulletin during the 5 days,(which is doubtful) i will post at off-peak hours it will probably end around the weekend.
