Yes, you saw it right ! I am placing an Auction for banner space ad size 468 X 60 which would go exclusively on a high traffic site. That means no other banner ads will be shown, this will be the only one and will be placed on the top right. i.e. on the header. ( I have put a temporary referral ad on some pages at present which will be replaced later with the winners ad and the homepage will also show the banner ad on top right). The banner will be placed in the header so will be displayed on all the pages on the site. The site gets a whooping 1,500,000 page views per month, on an average 50,000 daily. Any idea on the USA traffic? I saw Alexa's numbers on it, but wanted to know what your stats are showing. -sfcom
The awstats is not showing the regionwise traffic correctly, it puts the US traffic at 90% which is not correct. Realistically it might be around 8% as reflected in the alexa stats.
