These numbers are too low by one or two orders of magnitude to draw any conclusions from. What about people getting a few hundred or more clicks per day, what kind of earnings are they seeing?
That's a rush of free, but un-targeted traffic. With eBay, you have to be pretty aggressive to win most of the auctions and with a burst of traffic like that it probably would have been best to throw adsense/ypn on it, but I wanted to test the auctionad waters. If you could figure out a ebay niche that has products people actually want, then there is huge potential with auctionads or the cj.com affiliate part on a lower tier.
Here is the thing with AuctionAds that I have learned with my different sites. Just place the code and then check back in a week. Its not like you have to stop running adsense or ypn. If it works then place the code up higher. Its not rocket science Anyone who has tried to use the eBay affilaite program before you have to see auctionads is a dream come true with there higher payouts and geotargeting.
Agree, AA is very cool the way the ads are served and how they look. Funny thing is, I make more through CJ with eBay then through AA. Not sure why, the ads are uglier and they are not targeted any better. My numbers are small so perhaps not a great indicator.
I got a <<bonus>> payment of $16.28 on the 30th of April. Not sure what that was for but not complaining....LOL Col
That's for not taking the ads off to early, while Shoe and Co. still search for better ways of conversions.
I was curious with AuctionAds so am testing it on a site of mine at the moment. So far 5.5k impressions, 45 clicks.... no earnings. I am going to see how it goes...
This is waaaay too early to tell but I joined a few days ago and here's my stats so far. They say it takes some time for the earnings to come through and it has a snowball effect so I'm looking forward to what the earnings are going to be like
AA works well for me! I have been with AA since the 13/3 and put it up on only 3 sites. My totals are : 883245 10084 1.14 $221.02 I also have other Contextual Advertising on the same sites and Putting AA on has not affected my income from there - I am liking the extra $$! I quite often goes several days and see $0.00, but a few days later, the amount jumps up. From my experience, if you can get 100+ clicks/day and your ads are well-targetted you could earn around $6/day. You need a lot more traffic with AA - but the rewards can be excellent - I have had days from $0.00 to $35+
How long have you been with AA? I've only been on there for 3~4 days so I'm quite hopeful about the revenue potential Anyway I'll report back if I see any progress...
AA generates a really high CTR on my site, but I've yet to get a conversion. Ah well, hopefully it'll happen in time.
Good data point. I have similar imps and clicks but 1/10 the earnings. I'd love to have your earnings, but I think my visitors are not buyers.
The truth is that 98% comes from 1 Site - It is all about targetting and calling to Action. If your ads are not targetted to your visitors you will not do very well.
Wow C.S.S great payment on the <<bonus>>(not sure also how it mean), i got payment of $10.61 too on that day. Looking forward to auction ads on most of my website. Dreaming here... imaging i have 100 website using AuctionAds...wah, i think i would have almost about $1,061.00... crossing finger to get these income.. Conclusion, even it generates more impression, but it would be best if someone bid on the item and win the item, this will generate your revenue. Beside, AuctionAds, which is the Ads i've used among all, is the fastest generate revenue comparing with others ads i use.
From them stats it says that you are earning just over 2 cents per click, which is very low I must admit.
i have joined the auction ads, let's see if it pays! actually adbrite was not paying either, so removing it and getting this one in can be a nice experiment!
