Does anybody know why they have so much trouble with targeting ads?
I'm getting irrelevant ads for most of the time.

No one knows exactly why it happens, we simple figure that the problem will solve itself within a few weeks hopefully, considering auction ads is still in its infancy as an affiliates program it takes time before all the bugs are completely worked out, sometimes a service can grow faster than expected and that can cuase issues like server problems and such. Its best to just wait it out for the next few weeks and see if things stabalize.

It'd be really nice for someone at Auction Ads to at least acknowledge they are trying to fix it instead of posting blog after blog acting like everything is peachy.

Well Auction Ads is acting the way big companies do, currently the product is very problematic from our viewpoint however for them to actually admit these problems everytime they occur makes the service look insufficient and buggy, its very unfortunate but being a small bussiness owner whom has experienced these kind of problems in the past I've learned that Denial is the key, unless its such a massive error that completely knocks the system offline for days then its best to act like nothing is wrong at.

I know ethically most people would say thats complete bull and you would prefer honesty and for them to atleast speak up however while doing so might reaffirm trust in some clients others will see this as sign of a service that is not yet ready to go mainstream and will shy away from it. its the unfortunate but factual side of doing bussiness.
