Auction ads going to hell

Man, the blank ads are rampent today and I have hardly any clicks or even impressions showing up in the reporting.

 

they know about it and are working on it.

 

Well, I would hope so considering they aren't making ANY money right now...

 

they arent making money at this point anyway - they arent taking a cut

 

Blank ads for the last 12 hours. I am getting tired of this.

 

Well they sure took a nice cut of my missing July income. Or someone did.

 

I have been getting blank ads for more for almost a week now

and my earning for this month is only $30, ahhh i used to make more than $200

I think AuctionAds is dying! Too many users and less support team!!! they even dont have Help and Support in the Website! Just one contact page, where they reply after a month!

 

I saw ads for A German Armoured Car profile, a lot of 6 boy tshirts and a Jaguar D Type car profile. The ad block on the right was blank.

 

I see blank ads both left and right. It doesn't look good. You should get rid of AA and use something else.

 

So far AA been useless to for me. I don't think CPA is for me

I still think AA is great though, It easy to use and blends well into any site, Hope they get there ad serving fixed.

 

I still got blank ads on some sites. Ads with no targeting on others. What a mess!

 

I finally dropped AAs from my site. Money has started trickling in again, but at under 10 cents per day it's not worth it for all the errors, crap targetting, etc.

 

I dropped AA. Funny thing is the stats still show I am getting some clicks. No impressions, but some clicks. LOL.

 

Well, at least someone is getting clicks, lol

It is getting ridiculous. It would serve them right if someone slapped a class action law suit against them. They really are messing with peoples money. If you use CJ there are many more stats that are provided to you. AA provides only three measily stats. I don't really get a good feeling that they are showing real stats. I'm not sure if it's happened to any of you, but I have screen shot proof that at one point my sales would say be $25 and the next day it would show something like $23.50. How could this happen??????

Also, think of the money sites spend on advertising in hopes that people will click on the links. If the links aren't working then you're just throwing money away. I'm telling you what they're doing is VERY illegal.

I would love to see a court make them show all their records and what has been paid out. If it's 100% of what they get has been paid out then I would be fine, but something tells me this isn't the case. They are having tons of problems, but CJ is always up so it points to AA's code/software as the culprit.

 

That one is easy to explain. If someone doesnt pay for the auction or the seller files a non paying bidder, then they get some of the charges credited back, which to me would mean we would lose some of the commission for that sale, thus cause our numbers to change.

 

I've been having major reporting issues with AA for the last 3 days. The numbers I'm seeing clearly show that AA is having major reporting issues.

The way I use AA mainly is through direct URLs (the URL Converter function) so when the ad block shows blank or irrelevant ads it doesn't affect my numbers much. Also I started eBay with the Commission Junction program and left any CJ links when I started using AA so I have current CJ data to compare to AA.

So here are some numbers:

On Sept. 21st AA showed 163 clicks

For Sept. 22nd and 23rd combined:
AA shows 8 Clicks
CJ shows 214 Clicks

Also, I have 9 Campaigns set up to track where clicks some from. For the past 3 days AA is only reporting impressions and clicks for one campaign.

So I think it's pretty obvious that something is broken at AA. My clicks went from over 150 a day to less than 10 clicks for two days combined on AA while the reporting from CJ shows normal clicks and impressions for the same 2 days.

It's not me, its not eBay, it's AuctionAds. And yes I wrote them yesterday, and no I haven't heard from them.

 

they were having display issues, not reporting issues. At this point, the display issues seem to be fixed.

 

Joey, maybe you can fill us in to the problems since you seem to have an answer to everyone's issues. Do you work for AA? I don't see communications from them and you always have answers. I must confer that my clicks have been down all weekend and today. Based on my site it is 100% impossible that my clicks are down unless all my regular site visitors died this weekend.

 

Display issues aren't the problem anymore.
No clicks are being reported for the last three days.
I normally get hundreds of clicks a day and even clicked some myself to test them.

The reporting is broken right now and I'm wondering if I'm even getting credit for all this traffic.
