    This is good little classified ad site with a great marketing plan. The site is only about a month old but is seeing about 1 new paid ad per week (which are $19.95) and it is seeing $1 to $2 per day in adsense revenues. I just installed google stats a couple days ago but I have added them. Most days the site will get 30 to 60 visitors. Yesterday it got 120 and today I have not seen the updated GA numbers but the adsense numbers are showing about 100 visitors as well.

    The site does use email marketing (non spam) and it is very targeted. The software to do this is included in the sale and so is training. I have some of these niche classified sites that are doing as well as $2k a month and this one could do that well also with some time spent on it. It takes about 10 mins a day to operate the site but some of those things could be automated.

    I didnt put adsense on the site until the 19th but here is the past few days.
