What does it exactly mean? Does it mean we can only post a picture with that license in our blog, and we only have to give attribution? Or, even further, can we take it to an eBook, and put the picture in the eBook, and only give attribution (while selling the eBook)? Here is a link to a generic Creative Commons license. Or, would it be easier just to buy stock photos? ( I was thinking about using the photos on Flickr that can be used commercially. )

    Thanks in advance.

Hello, CC licenses have never been very clear. For example, it is ridiculous that people applying for attribution (links + name), when most do not even sign their name their own work.

Regarding your question, I think it would take longer within the legal experts.

The only thing I can think of is that Compfight photo search engine use the form where you can select the type of license to use.

Moreover, if you want to use images commercially, it would be best to get free images that allow commercial use, you can get them at these sites (do not forget to read the licenses, as they may have some restrictions like a maximum number of when printing a document):

    -photl
    - sxc
    - photoxpress

and everystockphoto (search engine, in the advanced options off Flickr images to NO include CC license)

    I hope you help serve

    (sorry for my english)
