Hey guys, I need your help, I run a Mario based fan website ( located here http://www.mariomayhem.com ) and I was hoping you guys could give me some ideas of things to add to the website to draw more people in and in turn generate more revenue. As you will notice I am relying on adsense ads. I also have an amazon store, but that's there more as a source of information (what Mario products are around etc.), so I'm looking for ideas that will generate more clicks on my adsense. Can anyone recommend some things that will drive more traffic to my website? I am quite handy with php/sql based stuff, so even if the ideas are a little complex I can probably give them a go. Personally I don't really like the wizard and mario in the top left and right corners. Try making the header stretch across the entire top of the table. Try adding more color to the site. Change the background color, or change the color of the navigation area, just play around with it
Maybe a lighter color scheme. It will brighten it up. Also if interested in a link exchange with a mario game site pm me.
Aside from the black background (I must be honest); I like your site very much. I has a lot of info in a well organized design. It loads quickly, and has colorful images that visitors are always more inclined to look at first.
