Selling Attorney-Malpractice.net..decent rankings and great paying keyword

I was really pushing this site but lost interest over the past few months. The site did $181 last month on adsense on about 1200 visitors but the previous two months it got about 3k visitors when I was promoting the site. It does rank well in yahoo for "malpractice attorney" and "attorney malpractice attorney" and some other odd and end terms. If you go to offervault.com and search for legal cpa offers you will see that many of the malpractice cpa offers that pay from $400 to $600 per lead so this could be a good money maker. Attached is the traffic and adsense.


Just needing some quick cash so the first half decent offer I get on the site it is sold! The site has about 900k lawyers listed.
