Far too little, far too late.

 

Hey all,
You have some things correct on Internet Advancement and some things incorrect on them. First of all, yes, the did oust Dwayne, Dustin, Meghan, and Harry Jackson. But these individuals did not start the fraudulent business practices in the first place. The original owners, Ken, Ernest, and Todd had created the fraudulent business practices in 2004. This is when the original intent of the lawsuit was conducted. They fraudulently charged client credit cards, promised the world and delivered very minimal, did not take care of customer complaints and service and basically took hard earned money from honest folks trying to build their internet businesses. When they got caught and went to court, they were told to improve things dramatically or face stiff penalties and fines. They never allowed proper training of their sales staff, instead, opting to give them 2 to 3 days of training on SEO and how to conduct sales the Internet Advancement way, even though, everyone knows that learning SEO and what it takes is an ever growing learning experience and cannot be taught in 3 days, duhhhhhhhhh. During that time, they trained their sales staff on how to read a script and sell from there. Yeah, some learning, huh. During this time, they still conducted fraudulent business practices and never learned their lessons. In 2006, they brought Dwayne Walker in to help curb the customer service/problem areas and get the company back to conducting business in an ethical and moral manner. This obviously failed totally as Dwayne then started taking over the company. Dwayne did try to turn things around, but seemed to have gotten caught up in the idea of making the company more of an all around marketing company by incorporating the selling of "targeted traffic" or as we call it ppc. Too bad that the ppc they were using were not of the caliber that brought clients to grabbing more traffic and sales. Of course not since most of the ppc were on the second, third and fourth pages of the search engines. Dwayne tried to use the word "partner networks" in order to give the "targeted traffic" a more business sound to give it more legitimacy. This did not work either as most of the "targeted traffic" sucked and was not even true. This in turn led Dwayne down the same path as the original owners and still had the fraudulent business practices and not doing the job, so nothing actually changed for the better and even got worse.
Bottom line, the original owners had every opportunity, as did Dwayne, to turn the company around to an ethical and moral business, and yet, neither of these four individuals did a damn thing to turn this company around ethically and morally. Ken, Ernest, and Todd are still to blame as they never took care of the problems in the first place which led to the follow up on the first lawsuit and finally got them fined and no longer to do SEO business in this state. Of course, that has not stopped Ken, Ernest, and Todd from still running the company under a new name and selling web site development with the idea behind it that these sites will get rankings. Honestly, I would never do business with anyone involved with these three individuals ever again as they will never change their ways and will continually practice unethically and unmorally and they do not care if they help your business, all they want is your money.
