    Couple of months old site. Traffic is very small. I did not promote site at all. Submitted to search engines, and added to several directories.

    Revenue: $30 (adsense) in all these months. There were some really good paying clicks. It's just not many of them.

    Reason for selling: I have too many sites, and don't have time to work on them. So Im getting rid of them one by one. Other than that, attorney stuff is pretty boring.

    For buyer: payment to be made by paypal, and you gotta have godaddy.com account.

    I must mention that some features on my site seem to malfunction. New links, Top Links, and Popular Links don't show correct results. Everything else is working.

    Database items were imported from DMOZ, and several people added their sites after.

    That was since April.

    My version of eSyndicat is free one. I think you can modify it. Install mods, etc.

    If you have already established site with traffic, and simply put link to attorney directory you can get very good clicks. I had very high CTR rate (for the amount of impressions).
