Selling Attorney Adsense site with keywords paying close to $100 per click!

Duiattorneyreferralservices.com is a site that I built last month with the intent on building up the rankings but I need some fast cash. The site is really just designed as an adsense site. It has a form where someone can get an attorney referral but if anyone fills it out I just find a local dui lawyer and sell them the lead but the entire idea is to get adsense clicks.

If you go look up dui attorney keywords on googles keyword tool you will see a lot of the keywords have a average cpc of close to $100. I have seen some legal terms as high as $189. Of course you are not going to make that much per click but you will make a lot more than your normal $.20 per click.

The real value to the site is a database that came from infousa.com with about 900k lawyers info in it. The database is one the site now with just the dui lawyers info instead of all the lawyers but I will include the entire database. If you go to infousa.com and try to buy this database you will see that they charge $30k for it.

The site has made $94 since I put adsense on it a few weeks ago. I did some email marketing and cragis list marketing for it which drove some traffic and some clicks. I just got GA installed on there so I dont have that data yet but as it gets a few days of info I can share that but if someone is interested I will set you up a temp log in so you can verify the adsense info.

I will keep helping somone on the site on the marketing side until it is profitable and then you will have to do it on your own or you can use the database to build other niche legal sites like bankruptcy, divorce, criminal, ect. The database is worth far more that the asking price and that does not even include the adsense income. I am open to offers. I am willing to escrow the funds if you pay the fees and let you try the site for a few days or I will just let you put your code on it but if you do not buy it you will have to paypal me any money earned.
