I was not able to modify my post but I am very much glad to inform you all that I got my Money today in my bank.. I withdrew on 16th . Hopefully you all will get today or 2moro..
Paypal transfers money through their Citibank paypal account to Indian users banks, this is what i have been read before not sure... Update on the issue i received from ICICI:
Just for the record, I had requested a withdrawal from Paypal to my SBI account on 15 May - I've received the money into my bank account today. I presume everyone's money will arrive soon as well.
I am happy to see the money in my bank account finaly Now only Otherwise, this much big amount would have brought me a heart attack if stuck somewhere.. Lol
Phew !!! At last had my money transferred to my ICICI Bank account which I withdrew on 15th May I dont know why there was a problem....best of luck to you all Thanks
Hey Miner Did you get the payment.. I think Indian Banks can not resolve this issue of yours .. Because all is sent by NEFT where Banks do not have control over Incoming funds and is controlled by RBI .. All the persons are getting their money so hope that you also got your money..

I think everyone got their payment from paypal now for their 15th,16th and 17th withdrawal to bank account (Icici). Great that they solved their problem at the end DON.
