    What is shocking to me is that the DOJ has not hauled anyone in for facilitating gambling transactions. Two Neteller execs (ex-execs anyway) were arrested for charges like this going back to years ago. Paypal was the main processor for gambling transactions until Nov 2002. It is curious that the FBI hasn't involved them in their dragnet.
