    Hi Friends,

    Google's Matt Cutts announced a new tool to disavow links - Google's Disavow Tool. This tool allows you to indicate to Google which links you would like to disavow, and Google will typically ignore those links.

    By Using this tools webmasters can give instruct Google about link crawling which will be helpful after penguin and panda updates. This tool will be helpful for recovery those sites which has already penalized after penguin and panda updates.

    Have you been asleep on another planet. tThis is old news! Its also has NOTHING to do with recovery from the penguin or panda updates. It will only help remove a manual penalty ... and you consider yourself a SEO professional....must refer all my competitors to you.,

    Yes the news is not new. Further it has no connection with Panda update of Google although has some link with Google Penguin update.

    But the fact whether this tool will help your website to get back the lost ranking or not; is a debatable issue. Many webmasters think it otherwise and they also think it might open a new era of negative SEO!

    It's been about 1 month old. I suspect if it will bring back the past ranking but it will be helpful (if this tool really works) to get rid of unnatural, low quality, spam links building up by your competitor against you.

    Personally I don't trust this tool. It's simply a way for Google to feed their algorithm signs of what spammy links look like. I doubt Google would lift a penalty simply because you told them to ignore a bunch of your links. Would you really want to admit to Google that you have spammy links?
