    It's ok now - But earlier it drove me crazy. I closed the site and wasn't coming back until it was fixed. I can't deal with that popup on every page load.

    Even though the PMs were read, the system kept flashing about them being newly received, on each refresh!

    The problem does appear to have been resolved...at least now.
