hi all i am writing this to teel everybody to do not use plimus after 2 years using them with about 3000 USD income per month with them they have just sent me an email telling me that my account have a too high chargeback and it will be suspended within a week. I have many many active subscribtions and I depend on them and they are telling me that they are going to remove all my subscribtions after years of bulding a customer database and recurring income expect with them that it will stop in one day if they decide that. so to everybody DO NOT USE THEM there is many many good alternatives
no they didn't say i got this email: Dear Vendor, We are writing at this time to notify you will be exercising our right to suspend your account and payment as your account has attained an excessive chargeback level that has unfortunately surpassed the point of sustainability. The suspension of your account shall be executed one week from today, on Thursday, February 9th, 2012. Please use the remaining week as a chance to organize your files and prepare for your transition. Should there be any reference to Plimus on your web site, we ask that you remove it at this time. In order to cover potential refunds and chargeback as well as any legal costs incurred to Plimus any payments due to you from Plimus are held for a period of three months and fifteen days starting from the last day of the month of your account suspension date; after which funds will be released to you per a monthly ongoing review and based on refund and chargeback impacting your account. In case of a negative balance in your Plimus account, Plimus will invoice you for the balance amount and expect payment within 30 business days. Plimus is a mess. I asked the Plimus support if I could offer an online support website on ecurrencies account and suspended me for considering a "dangerous individual." What has this stupid policy "Plimus enterprise"? You no can not you not ask to support? Is it a dictatorship?
What i should be saying at this moment is that you have to reconsider PLIMUS stand. PLIMUS says you have a lot of charge backs, and if that is true then look at it from this point. You make sales and the money is transferred to you at the end of the month. There is a chargeback made after that and your account is in negative. PLIMUS incurs the chargeback cost and is not passed to you. The charge back keeps increasing. In your position, what would you do in that situation.

one my customer places an order via his credit card almost 3 days ago but still payment not credited into my account, no confirmation email, nothing else..
