Thanks Eric, for sending me this important message. I wanted to pass this on to everyone else who's a proxy owner.

I'm going to block all refferers from proxy.org. Some people are getting mails from google about this.

I removed both my Proxy.org listings, Because of the scare. Better safe then sorry. I diden't get too many hits from there anyway.

Thanks a lot. Rep added. Fortunately I haven't recieved any mail from google yet.. probably because my CTR is lower than most proxies.

I would also advise this, although i dont own any proxies, I know many friends who have been banned due to this.

If you are getting any traffic from proxy.org, email the owner, and ask for a refund, or remove all references to it, and block it!

Put this into the .htaccess file:
    RewriteEngine on
    # Options +FollowSymlinks
    RewriteCond %{HTTP_REFERER} proxy\.org [NC]
    RewriteRule .* - [F]

This can help prevent traffic from proxy.org.

A lot of users are getting their balances deducted for "Fraudulent clicks".

If you're getting more than 7% CTR, then you should be careful, there's a strong indication that someone is trying to get you banned.

If you have adlogger, monitor the IP addresses, and keep banning them.

I'd appreciate it if you post something, if you think this was helpful.

Umm yeah one post about this is enough.

7% CTR is nothing, my average of all my proxies is around 12%.

If you found the post useful, spread the word so we can help other proxy owners! (It's not my blog, but I wrote the post as a guest blogger. :))

    Thanks for the info!
I sent a mail to Baron to delist my proxy site from bold listing.
He replied me back stating that it was only a rumour and also removed my listing.

If you paid for your ads with PayPal I STRONGLY suggest that you file a buyer complaint. Many others have done this and the more that file the better chance we have of at least recovering the money that we paid to proxy.org.

Contact me and I will help you file.

The more people that file complaints the better the chances that everyone will get some money back form proxy.org.
