I would like some insight from some successful affiliates here on DP. I would say guys making 1,000 or more per month. When you start a mini site, you buy the domain, get links, write articles, blog, and so on and so forth. Now to do this each time seems like alot of work. Wouldnt it be easier to have ONE site with all your stuff? I mean, it takes alot to build a site up. If you had one you could build links and PR easier and keep content fresh by adding new campaigns all the time. I just cant see adding a blog post to 20 different sites every few days just to keep content fresh. So what do you guys think? How long does it take you to rank for your keyword with a new site? Or do you just leverage one central site and put the keyword in the title tag of the page?
I create a separate site with it's own domain if I feel some aspect of the site would be easier to promote than my main site.
What a lot of super affiliates say, including guru James Martell is to start ONE site and focus all your energy there. Like you said it's so much easier. If you start a broader niche site like health or finances there are lots of individual sub niches and key phrases you can use to get traffic.
