    2. What is the best method for newbies to become successful in affiliate marketing

    1. There's no best, only what works best with your traffic method. EWA, EnvyusMedia, CPATrend, Peerfly and Neverblue.

    2. Always Keep Trying, Never Give Up. And I'd suggest you read some interviews of affiliate managers/network owners at http://www.affiliatepaying.com/blog/category/interviews/

    An very trustworthy affiliate company would be Commission Junction (CJ). The top CPA networks that I would select would be PeerFly and AdscendMedia.
