Attempting to build User-Based News Site

    Hello,

    I need help choosing a script. I want to build a site where users can put there own news in, and vote on the news thats there. Comment... ect. I really would like to find a script for this soon.

    It needs an admin panel with the ability to ban users. Ect.

    If anyone could help me that would be great!!!

    I would prefer a free script if possible.

    While... Its not the option I am looking for.... but.. There is Lanius CMS... PM me and I will let you demo it on one of my sites. Members can click "submit news". And then you moderate it.. Has full admin panel..

    But, I have something else in mind...

    So PM me.. If you want me to help you demo it.!
