My site got hacked recently and is now labelled as an attack site and has the whole 'this site may harm your computer' thing, the site is fine now and was wondering will Google remove this automatically next time they crawl it or what? How do I get rid of it?

ahh ok, find any suspicious : Javascript iframe injection, and remove it from your site, then you have to request google to review site again! I am not sure if they will crawl, but i think its quicker if you request them to review it though!

I do not know on this, but it is certainly an interesting question. I recommend you use Webmaster Tools to determine when they crawl again, and then check to see if it is still tagged as malicious after you are sure they have crawled it again. Unfortunately, it is linked to your domain (and not IP address), so short of changing domains, maybe there is not much which can be done? :(

How do you really "know" your site is fine? I've had several sites hacked and got them back up and running fine but found malicious code months later. Sometimes they put hidden files or code deep inside your file structure. Just saying if you haven't looked, check out very closely.
