Attach credit card from another country to paypal

    Hi

    I have paypal with US address. and US bank account is attached. Now I want to attach my credit card, but my credit card is issued by a Singapore Bank, billing address is different. But name is same.

    advice me if i can add this card to my paypal. ?
    What information they verify from my card. ? just they need my name or want to confirm code comes in My card statement only.

    Only US residents can put their credit card on PayPal. I'm not too sure about debt cards though

    Hello you can easily add your Singapore credit card into your USA paypal account. If you credit card and your paypal account name is same then you can add it into your paypal account. And address doesn't matter because peoples should move to different places.

    Does Nationality Matters ? If i add CC of same name from country like Pakistan. Does paypal Accepts ?

    You can add only Eligible Country credit card and Pakistan is not eligible in this case. SO if you will try to add Pakistan CC into your paypal account then they will refused it.

    I have Payoneer MasterCard with address in pakistan, Any chance with Payoneer

    would they verify country or billing address ?

    You can Add your Payoneer Master Debit card into your Paypal account. There's no issue in this case. With Payoneer Master Debit card Address doesn't matter. Paypal accepts this card . i have also linked my payoneer Master Card with my USA Paypal account . :)

    Hello Sonu211, I have just got my Payoneer master card and activated too. But when i try to add this card into Paypal its being error. I dont know why. My billing address is USA in Paypal and Nepal in Payoneer. Could you please help me out?

    I guess its more than they require to link your card. Make sure your card billing address and paypal address is identical.
