I have been offered a service with automatic blogging in blogs that are then linked to articles with keywords. Sounds very black hat. Any comments pls.

Actually a lot of internet gurus have made money on hardwork, and they eventually get to the point where the traffic is so great all they have to do is put their site on autopilot and watch the dollars pile in.

So there may be some blackhat programs
but there are some legitimate white hat programs. Which I have to do research on.

Whether or not automatic blogging is blackhat really depends on the content that is being "auto-blogged".

If YOU write 20 or 30 fresh articles/posts and then you let a piece of software slowly add those articles/posts to your site, than it's not blackhat, it's basically just a message queue. But, if the only content being posted is coming from RSS feeds or scraped from other websites, than it could easily be considered blackhat.

auto posting blogs which get posts from feeds is just garbage since duplicate content has no chance in ranking in serps

Absolutely black hat. And it gives you nothing but bad reputation.

I wouldn't necessarily say it's blackhat, but I would agree that it is garbage.

Since the blogs would be overloaded with duplicate content, the search engines wouldn't pick up your blogs and send natural traffic to them. You would have to do a hell of a lot of work submitting articles, getting backlinks etc to probably get enough traffic to maybe get 1 click a day? It really isn't worth it.

Sure it sounds great that you could have 100 blogs all automatically updating themselves at once, but where are you seriously going to find the time/money to promote them? They're not going to pull in traffic by themselves.

I agree that it is not Black Hat. It is, however, a way to put more garbage out there and create more duplicate content sites for Google and others to sort through. I would not do it because you will have to spend way too much promoting the site before you will see any real income. The only ones who are making good money at these are the ones who are selling them to others.

Well, it is blackhat but its in the twilight zone since there are services/blogs that allow their content to be spread across the net in return for one linkback, which is indeed a great strategy.

But that doesn't mean you are safe, you will definitely get banned at one point.

It can be considered blackhite but if you know how to play with them nicely ,this can gives you a good result . like :
combine different feeds and add some text to them each post to make it more unique
use different theme not one theme for 100 blog
    add some powerful plugins
submit to rss directory and other ...
dont put more than 2 adsense block ,or blog will look like rss to adsense .
    ..
this is can be your Automatic Money Maker just give them some work first time .and you see a good result .
