ATMs in Europe loaded with US Dollars?

    Hello there!
    Do you happen to know if there are any ATMs in Europe, especially in Germany, that allow to withdraw US dollars instead of my local currency?

    I got my ePassporte Visa Prepaid Card unblocked but the exchange rate is not that good as I'd like it to be so I'm looking for ATMs with USD witdrawal allowed.

    Well it doesent matter the exchange rate, right now its .75 euros to one us dollar. you still buy stuff with euros at the euro rate, its not like yoru going into a store and see a soda for 2 euros and you can give them 2 us dollars for it. and I dont know why their would be an atm with american dollars in europe? do they take american dollars over their? I mean I never seen an atm over here that spits out euros.

    There may be some ATM in a US army base, but why bother. Just go to a bank.

    no. ATM machines only have local currency. bank will help you.
