Well, congrats on hitting $1/day but sorry to hear it took so long. Try finding better paying niches that aren't over saturated. There are tons out there. My goal when I started out was to build a 100 sites at least making $1 and it is not hard to do in 6 months. Try focusing your efforts a bit better and your earnings will follow.

A dollar per day isn't bad. I treat Adsense like a game. I keep working within the rules, to see how many points I can score (dollars brought in). I have been working at this at the same time as two friends. In about a 14 months I have made about $800. Not a huge amount, but that does buy a lot of ice cream. Neither of my two friends have gotten their first check. I think one is at about $8, and the other is at $45. They've basically given up. So my small-potatoes $800 is great in comparison. I'm looking to really step up to the next level, and to do that, I just need to put more work into it. Just like any other game, the more you put in, the better you get. I say keep going. You're already scoring points!
Well said mate and you will suceed, it does take work and patience and I like you am treating it as a hobby bit my earnings are only like $20 a month but hey my sites are only 3 months old and have yet to be pageranked. Good Luck !
Keep on working. I think it's much harder to get from zero to 1$ per day, than getting up from 1$ to 2$, 3$ etc. Good luck with your sites!
its good to see that you are making a stable amount. however, your thread is a little confusing. if you are making that much "since the beginning", then it cannot be "atlast"
