    Atkins Recipes is a website that provides many delicious Atkins diet friendly recipes.

    It has over 1800 backlinks from other related recipe websites and the recipes are talked about on Facebook and mentioned on Twitter all the time.

    The site has income from 2 sources, Adsense and a low carb food site affiliate program. From adsense, I average around $10.00 - $15.00 a month (http://i56.tinypic.com/nqpt9e.jpg) and from the affiliate (http://www.netrition.com/) about $10-25.00 a month. The site could easily be monetized further.

    The only costs to keep the site running are for web hosting.

    The site has a steady flow of organic traffic from search engines, receiving traffic from over 150 different keywords.

    BIN Bonus    : I will throw in the Twitter account I use to advertise the site (@amyrecipes), which has over 1400 followers.

    Reason for selling: Starting a new business and don't have the time to devote to the website any longer.
