Athletic logos and schedules in SERP results

I was just asked the following question(s) and I have no idea how to answer. Hopefully someone here can shed some light on this...

If you go to Google and search "florida a&m rattlers basketball", the results page has a schedule of upcoming games along with the typical Wikipedia listing on the screen with a big Rattlers logo.

How does Google do this? How do they a) pull the schedule and results and b) display the logo?

How/where does Wikipedia get the logo to display?

Is it a matter of Google just doing it on their own? Is this related to schema.org/rich snippet mark-up?

Any insights would be highly appreciated!
