That is awesome. I wonder if anything like that would work in the states? I would have gone with some other color than pink though...

Perhaps, but no more silly than the same bus space being rented by Christian, Muslim, or any other groups to promote their religious views.

Guess I find it pretty funny, not a bad thing in today's world - not in the mean-spirited vein that I have seen among believers and non-believers alike; pretty innocuous. God bless we atheists. :D

Cool. If religious dimwits can go on propagating their religion, it's only fair that atheists are given a chance too. At least, they have something sensible to say. ;)

It needs a good graphic. Something funny or strange to make it really pop.

So when can we expect lightning to strike the buses? Or perhaps you mean the cost of oil is relative to what anti-god messages are on buses? Or maybe you are just badly quoting someone else?

It is up to The Truth, He destroys the falsehood when He wills as He wills.

just waite and let us see what will happen.

did you hear about tytanic? or the challenger?

Do you know bush and his followers?

    Have you not read:

Lo! those who disbelieve spend their wealth in order that they may debar (men) from the way of Allah. They will spend it, then it will become an anguish for them, then they will be conquered. And those who disbelieve will be gathered unto hell, (36) That Allah may separate the wicked from the good, The wicked will He place piece upon piece, and heap them all together, and consign them unto hell. Such verily are the losers. (37) [translation of the meaning of the Noble Quran]

Don't be hurry, it is a chance from The Truth as He is Merciful.

They might repent to Him or miss the chance.

Tell those who disbelieve that if they cease, that which is past will be forgiven them; but if they return, then the example of the men of old hath already gone (before them, for a warning). (38)

What's your point? If you read the article linked in the OP, you wouldn't even need to ask this question. The atheist ads on the London buses were in response to religious propaganda like this.

And really? Some guy saw a sign on a bus, and that's what convinced him to convert? Call me crazy, but I would hope one would spend a bit more time and consideration on developing their beliefs.

Seriously. It drives the hell out of me. Whenever there is a discussion regarding religion/faith, these people, despite not having anything worth saying, just cut and paste a bunch of text from an obscure religious book. If one cannot defend his religion/faith in his own words and has to borrow from his religious book, it shows how strong his so called 'faith' is.

Nothing wrong with these, freedom of expression and freedom of religion are the basic fundamentals of human rights. It is good to see them on display.

Well, to be fair, anyone that has religious faith believes their chosen text is The Truth. So, to them it makes perfect sense to quote it...it's their appeal to authority. Yes, I would like to see more critical thinking from believers as well. Such as why they believe the, let's say, Christian creation myth (Genesis) is more true than the Norse, Greek, Chinese, Aztec, or any other creation myth. *Shrug* To each his own I guess.

The font color option in vb's editor is proof that god doesn't exist.

i just post the picture that the religious propaganda as you said does exits.
and some quote that the propaganda do works, maybe the propaganda for atheist bus do works too.

well, some people can spend their entire life studying about one religion, and still not convert.
some people maybe only take one day to convert.
