And I suppose if a pregnant woman falls of stairs and has a miscarriage you'd have her tried for "causing death due to negligence"?

No that is not murder if she did not do it intentionally. But if she does by intention, then she is a murderer.

So if a guy runs his car over someone unintentionally then he should get away with having his driving license cancelled atmost?

A police investigation will be carried out as to what caused that to happen. For example if the brakes of a car fails and women comes in the way and gets run over and there is sufficient evidence for the car break failure and the person had no way of knowing in advance that the car brakes could fail any time, then a person is totally innocent. Even his driving license is safe in that case. It varies from case to case.

What is the point you want to make?

What if it was his fault but he did in unintentionally? He should get away surely like the mother who had a miscarriage because she was not careful on the stairs?

The point I'm making is that your point is impractical, violates womans rights and anti-choice. The current system we have is the least bad system where a woman is allowed to abort till a certain period of time after which it becomes illegal. The criterion of selecting the time is based on when it becomes a human from a bunch of cells. Our knowledge in this regard is limited as of now which is why I say its the "least bad" solution currently.

A women has the right over her own body only. According to your theory, if a person does not have legs, does not have arms and does not have eyes and can not speak is not a human, its OK if that person is killed?
A human life begins when the embryo clings to the womb of mother, regardless of what shape it has. There is no such thing as least bad or least good solution. A murder of a human is a murder and the person responsible is a murderer. Women should not be allowed to have sex out of wedlock that's the root cause of abortion, to control this murder, put a ban on adultery.

No because he still has a functioning brain and a heart that pumps blood, if any of that stops working permanently then its okay to pull them off life support unless they are already dead, and thats legal everywhere.

News: Humans can create an embryo in a laboratory and inject it into the womb which according to you is human life. Thats means we can "create life" which contrary to religious beliefs that god creates life, gives a soul and all that crap.

And anyways who are you to dictate what constitutes a human life? What is your qualification and how much research have you put behind that claim? As a matter of fact your age-old collection of desert scribblings says that "life is in blood", In that case an embryo doesn't have blood for many weeks...

Unless that embryo clings to the womb of mother its not human. Human has the need to take food, water and oxygen to survive, so is the embryo. Once it clings to the womb of mother, human life starts. Its no more one body, embryo starts to extract blood and nutrition from mothers womb, regardless of the form he/she has at that stage.
The cause of abortion is adultery. A girl committing this act is taking the risk of abortion and knowing the fact she does such an act. Act of adultery should have the same punishment as that of a killer. Same with abortion.

So you want to kill men that sire a child who is aborted, or is it just the women you would kill? If you could, please provide me the portion of the Qu'ran that supports your opinion. Making up your own verse is blasphemous.

The punishment for persons involved in adultery is stoning to death. Both male and female are involved in adultery ofcourse.

Test tube babies are allowed if the sperm of that embryo came from her husband. Any other form is illegal.

How about for lying / "bearing false witness" is that also punishable by death ?

By the way, congratulations on opening a huge can of worrms.... sorry, its an English clichè. If we are nothing but blobs of cell matter, there is no sense in one blob arguing with another on how morally good one blob is over another. If we are no different than amoeba, we should be killed ( squashed ? ) for our pride. How dare you blob, tell this blob what to do or believe. </sarcasm>

In Islam, 5 witness are required. If five witness disagree, then adulterers can not be stoned. You may consider yourself a blob, but I am a human being.

Perhaps where you come from. We have many many many Muslims in America, and rest assured we do not stone each other to death for adultery, or desire that people be stoned to death for adultery, fornication, or homosexuality. We have Muslim basketball stars like Kareem Abdul Jabaar and rap stars like Sean Combs who have had their share of adultery and fornication. In our prison system where homosexual relationships are common, Islam is the number one religion to which prisoners convert. We also have married Muslim couples who have had abortions after becoming pregnant with a child they couldn't afford to support.

This is all beside the point of course. I asked you to quote me the section of the Qu'ran that says the father of an aborted embryo should be killed. You haven't. The reason you haven't is because you can't. It doesn't exist, baring some outrageous editorial license, which apparently you don't mind taking with the Qu'ran.

I am not an Islamic scholar, what I am saying is to the best of my knowledge, it is not allowed in Islam to abort babies and one doing so is a murderer. That is why the penalty for committing adultery is death. If the father of that aborted embryo is also involved in abortion, he is equally guilty. Its not allowed for married couples to carry out abortion. A true Muslim can not even think of doing an act of adultery or abortion.

There you go again, trying to say who is and is not a "true" Muslim. Now you are claiming that all the Muslims in America are not true Muslims.

I think most Muslims in America would claim that YOU are not a "true" Muslim. We tend to think that stoning someone to death for having sex, especially a Muslim, is not just anti-Muislim, its inhuman. That is why you don't see Sunnis killing Shi'a killing Ahmadis here. We tend to look at guys who talk about the "caliphate" and shoving your perverse beliefs on the rest of us, as little men with no education, small minds, and smaller penis'. I'm talking about the kind of guy who couldn't get laid in a whore house with $100 bill taped to his forehead. I suppose the thinking is that, if you can tell everyone else what to do on the threat of violence, maybe you'll have a shot.

I never used the word all. Any one who calls himself a Muslim but strongly deviates from the path of Quran and Sunnat is not a true Muslim.
Stoning to death is a punishment of a crime, a person doing such an act is well aware of what is going to happen is he/she does such a crime. Giving punishment to a crime is called Justice in civilized societies, in your society, killing of millions of babies in the name of abortion is called Human right.
The statistics speak for itself. In a Muslim society, we don't have babies without parents, we dont have abortion rate as high as you have, we don't have people committing adultery.
What do you have, you kill tens of millions of babies every year, probably billions of illegal sexual acts.

Islam is not just a religion, its a complete social, economic, spiritual path of living a civilized life.

So you are saying you embrace Shi'a fatwahs? I doubt it. I suspect many Shi'a fatwas fall into your definition of "strongly deviates". I know for a fact you consider Ahmadis to be non-Muslim. I suspect your definition of "strongly deviates" includes anyone unwilling to kill their own daughter when you think they ought to. Your definition likely excludes the majority of Muslims on the planet, leaving us to conclude that the non "true" Muslims are you and and the few like you.

What cracks me up is you are happy to include me and the remainder of the peace loving Muslims on the planet as part of your statistical evidence of some type of new Caliphate. Were you to accurately count the number of people on this planet that you would call "true" Muslims, you would have a very very very small number, some of whom are being actively hunted for and killed by my Muslim brothers working in the US Military and Intelligence services. That's right. Just as there is a large population of Israeli Muslims who support Israel, there are a large number of American Muslims working in the US military hunting down and killing terrorists in the Middle East.

/chuckle. There are sexual acts which are considered illegal here. Most of them have to do with sex with animals, and people under the age of 18. What was your point?

In the US, and most of the remainder of the planet, Islam is a religion. Unfortunately, people like you presenting opinions like that make it difficult for us to practice our religion freely without being called an oppressive wife beating terrorist. Your back woods goat herding mentality makes the life of every peace loving Muslim more difficult to live. Quit hijacking my religion. You don't represent me. You don't represent any Muslim, in my opinion.

I understand that it probably sucks to be you, I really do. I wouldn't want to be born to poverty, scraping out a meager living fighting with those around me and blaming everyone else for my problems. I try and put myself in your shoes, and I would probably say and do just about anything to effect change in my life too. Perhaps I can help. Have you ever considered getting a proper education?
