    ApocalypseXL:

When you were a child, you believed in Santa Claus, the Tooth Fairy, the monsters under the bed, and Jesus.

Now you're only one step from growing up.

I've had just about enough of this constant criticism of Santa from you, Will. Christmas is coming and I don't want to get coal.

You know, Alexis, if you move the 'N' in Santa to the end of the word, you get 'Satan'. Its probably unimportant. Carry on.

Sucks. Manipulation comes from all angles. A lot of people seem to twist and justify where ever they can. For these Muslim d00d, they have pushed justification to the limits.

On a side note, not spreading the blame and not that they deserved death but who is stupid enough to marry someone who's capable of being an enemy enough to kill them. They must be airheads.

Heck I'll bite. By you mocking so much it sounds like you are personally trying to offend God himself, but then you say you don't believe in him. It doesn't make sense. You are mocking something that isn't there? Sound like you believe in God to me.

That doesn't make any sense, though expecting coherence from you is asking a bit much. If i believed god existed why would i try to offend something that has obvious mental health issues and a desire to torture me forever? Your god is imaginary, but you exist.

What puzzles me is that if you believe god exists and prayer which can "move mountains" why you would want to go to hospital when you are ill? Why is it that every time it actually matters you ditch this mumbo jumbo bollocks and opt for things that are proven, like medical treatment in a hospital?

It always makes me laugh the amount of religious people in hospital. Yeah, that's faith, or a lack of, right there. When all you have to do it talk you are quick to tell us about gods powers and how much you believe in it, get diagnosed with a tumor and that all goes out the window, you guys run straight to hospital begging science to help with what "prayer" fails at, gutless hypocrites. If you are going to claim to believe it at least have the guts to stand by it, otherwise you just end up embarrassing yourself and showing everyone just how little "faith" you actually have.

@stOx: Why would a believer go to hospital ? Simple because he's/she's not a fanatic , religion doesn't forbids science just like science doesn't forbid religion . If it is to hard for your boxed mind to understand why believers pray why are you talking about the subject ? It's funny to see militant asses like yourself foaming over semi-academic discussions . I just wonder if you can see the striking similarities between your posts and the posts of Islamic militants .

@Laceygirl: Manipulation comes from all angles you say . Not really most people on P&R are just expressing their opinion . There militant asses like stOx and quite a lot of Islamic militant nutjobs . But in general the Atheist group are quite a decent bunch , even the Muslim group has some good people representing it .

Yeah that shows great conviction. You guys must really believe it to drop it the instant it actually becomes important. Gutless hypocrites, all talk.

One second they are telling us about this all-power infallible god who said prayer can "move mountains", the next they are being opened up by fallible humans using relatively unsafe procedures. HAHA! talk about show yourself to a hypocrite and liar.

Who telling you anything ? Did I ever told you to pray ? If you take the text of the bible literally you're gonna end up doing something nearly insane . Why do you think we have an untold number of sects in Christianity ? People that just wanted to take the word of the Bible literally .

Do you not believe in the power of prayer? In the bible when prayer was describes as able to "move mountains" was jesus lying?

Jesus said if you have faith as much as a pea the if you tell the mountain to move it will move . This was faith not prayer .

Same difference, you are arguing semantics. Though ironically, the fact that it's faith which supposedly makes this magic happen, does that not prove my point further? That, the fact that you don't rely on it, means even you know you don't believe it (have insufficient faith)?

Lol why don't you try to measure my faith ? Let's build a faith-o-meter shell we ?

Also use those childish arguments like arguing semantics on someone else or did your English suddenly dumbed down and faith = prayer in your dictionary ? Your more amusing when you're posting insults .

I don't need to measure it, your actions betray that you lack it entirely. Your actions betray that in reality, when it matters, you don't believe it any more than i do. To claim to have faith now is to essentially claim Jesus was a liar.

One way or the other, the cycle goes on.

Where would believers be without non-believers and vice versa. Such is the cycle.

Just my 2 cents, don't mind me. Carry on XD
