why are so worried about kids ? If there is a necessity DNA can be made compulsion, in some countries as soon as the kids are born their dna samples are stored in their ID records so this isn't a big issue like u r trying to make it up with.

OK, we have got a baby, now a joint investigation will take place. Carry out DNA of that baby. Send an invitation letter to all possible fathers. Then they will have a conference in which all the candidate fathers will give a DNA test. Then the DNA of baby will be matched with the DNA of all fathers, it may take some time so be patient. As soon as original father of that baby is recognised, we will hand over the baby to the mother and that father, till then baby will remain in our custody.
If none of the fathers DNA matches with baby, then we label that baby a bastard child.

@Lacey - sometimes when people are married for a long time, one spouse may change. One of the smartest women I knew was married happily for 22 years before her partner got fired and started drinking and wound up assaulting her. It's sad, but unfortunately it does happen sometimes.

Wife and husband are independent in making a decision, its there own personal matter. They don't have to ask for court permission before going to bed.

You mean the same way you not only claim to be a Muslim, but also claim to speak for Islam? I would have assumed you would have presented some kind of proof that I am not a Muslim by now because, as you know, bearing false witness carries a heavy penalty. I'm personally not a big fan of caning or lashes, but in your case, I think I'd make an exception. If you are so confident I am not a Muslim, you should have no problem posting your identity and the contact information for your Mosque so I can have a chat with them about your accusations here.
