At what time do you get up in the morning? (Me: at 5 o clock everyday!)

How many of you get up at 5 in the morning? Getting up early everyday is a wonderful habit. We can devote ourselves 1 hour to do the things that we always don't find time to. Listening to great music, meditating with sunrise, hearing the silence of the morning are some habits which will recharge your soul. This will give you a lot of energy to cope up when life throws you out of your comfort zones. Meditation improves blood flow to all parts of our body including the brain, as a result we will enjoy a healthy life in all aspects - physically, emotionally and psychologically. Of course installing a new habit in our daily routine is a tough job. But once you do this for 30 days, then after it will be a walk in the park.

 

me get up at 6:30 and drink HOT tea, then i go pee and then sleep again.

 

11:00 it's summer for me now

 

generally around 7:00 - 7:30

sometimes earlier or later

 

Me at 7 everyday. I'm going to try wake up at 5 tomorrow

 

I get up at 5:00 - 5:15

 

I sleep at the times you get up, I wake up at 12 pm and sleep at 7-8 am.
So Ya I barely get any sleep.

 

Normally 7am, but as it is summer could be from 9am - 1PM

 

12:30 PM Daily !!!

 

I wake up around 6 am to go to work daily.

 

5:00-5:15 somedays 4:00am for those extra early shifts

 

6:15 weekdays, 10am + Holidays.

 

7.30am, because i work really close to work

 

I wake up at 8 am

 

I usually wake up between 9-12 am

 

11am!im very lazy

 

around 8-9 cuz school is out. In a few weeks i'll be getting up at 6:00am for school.

 

I wake up between 5 and 8 - it all depends on my schedule that day.

 

My shift starts at noon so it's really easy to roll over and get another hour of sleep in the morning. I prefer to have time before I go in to wake up and get a few things done but it doesn't always work that way.
