after i establish a goodkeywordsite.com which was having tons of backlinks even before i establish the site Btw. it was a dropped domain a year ago.

I waited almost a week to Google index the site everyday and now i see it has been indexed however with a different title Good Keyword Site which has been never used.

    How come that maybe happent?

Is the dropped domain you purchased listed in DMOZ. Google may get the title from the directory.

yeah , i also faced the same problem few weeks ago. but now everything works perfectly. this is all because of <h1> <h2> tags.

Google takes title from our title tag only! You must have used that keyword in your title tag..
Because in this month I changed my title 3 times and I have seen the results with different titles in Google...So, that is for sure that Google takes title from our web's title only, but your problem seems to be different!

Yes, there might be a right keyword density for that keyword thats why it might have picked that keyword... Do recheck your content once... or else then write the Title again ...
