at last I'm successful

    I was using my google adsense publiser id in two sites, one site (online News) has thousands of traffic in a day and other one has closely 1000 in day, but my ctr war terrible, because my news site users were not interested to click on my google ads, i dont know why.So now i have removed my google ads from that news site, but still keeping the ads in my other site(tipsfind.com),that gave me a very nice result, now i have nice ctr,and more income.
    what do you think guyz, did i take the right decision ??

    Are your adsense ads are targeted. May be adsense is displaying untargeted ads on your website.

    I don't get how removing ads on one site has improved the CTR on your other? You running other ads on the news site too?

    You are saying taking ads off one site has increased the CTR of the other. It does not make much sense since they are unrealted. Also, what kind of CTR level are we talking about here?
