i cant believe how happy i am and finally i got a new mac and this is the first time i am working in a macbook. i have to say that the notebook is gorgeous! Any mac owners here!
I think my next upgrade in laptops will be over to a macbook, Ive currently got a HP Pavilion dv9000 and it's just massive and to big.
yeah! i dont know i am finding much easier to work with MACOSX and the notebook itself. After working in macbook, it seems like i am not liking other notebooks.
Hey... congrats... i knw how it feels to own a mac....!!!! even i was excited when i got my macbook... i clicked lots of pics... u can see it here....
I've been using MacBook White for 3 years, with 19 inch external monitor it's perfect to run Mamp Pro, Coda, Photoshop and Illustrator. I think it's time to upgrade to the MacBook Pro
I just have a Desktop and an E63!! Once when i decide to jump for a Laptop, i will try Macbook and then review it here ~ExP~
I own two MacBook Pros and a Cinema Display. Yes, it's gr8! Just pricey. You get what you pay for, though. Widoze people just don't understand. The only problem with Apple is that is seems that they come out with a new version of something right after I upgrade. I guess I'm a late adopter. No matter, if I bought everything they sold, I'd be broker than broke and technology fatigue.
I am not a fan of macs, I personally believe that windows and linux are much better operating systems and Macs are just in the looks, as kiladila said, completely overrated.
^ what he said, not a personal fan of macs either. Linux IMO When I think of mac owners, I think of all the people that go to starbucks and pretend to write novels haha
Well, Mac vs Windows can be debated from here to eternity. However: personally I think that you seldom go back to Windows after using a Mac for some time.
That said: of course you get more bang for the buck when choosing a Windows based PC. The price is far lower for the PC. But for the average user, who is not especially interested in computers as such, the Mac provides a (mostly) trouble free ownership and a intuitive interface.
Why do you say that? I own a Mac and I would not consider myself an average user. I presume that you have touched a Mac, but have you actually used one for a prolonged period of time? The OS is more efficient, intuitive and powerful than Windows. People who say that have normally never used a mac for for any extended period of time, so they try to do things the "Windows" way, which does not work on the mac, because Snow Leopard has its own (and usually better) way of doing things.
