Ask a simple question. Who wants to be old? No one. Hence this domain got a great value if some pharmacy buys it and sells anti-aging drug.
You definitely shouldn't believe one single automatic appraisal. You should at least do three or four and then average the results. I seriously doubt it is worth anywhere near that much. There are thousands of possibilities to create a name which would serve ths market.
