I know its a dramatic title but it best describes my situation. I own a content based site/business which im currently branding. My advantage over competitors in my niche: Design: Very pleasing to the eye design, great clean color scheme and logo. Social Media : I spend my free time interacting with twitter followers. Organization x1000 : Every page is one click from the home page, this is non existent on competitors, which i for one find annoying. In one of my other threads I mentioned im trying to reach One million daily visits. Any tips for a content based business trying to achieve this goal. I tripled my traffic from last month just by writing more content and our new fresh design. I know this is going to sound crazy but here are my ambitions: Triple Traffic For 4 months Double Traffic For 4 months 50% Increase for 4 Months 25% Increase for 4 months Start: 2000 visits monthly End: 32,000,000 monthly Time Frame : 16 months 480 days 11520 hours Must Multiple Traffic x 16000 1,600,000% Just wondering how sites such as askmen, huffington post, perez hilton gain such high readership, Once I start generating revenue I can re invest into the company, but I doubt that will happen until I reach month 8. Im going to have to reach into my own pocket to pay writers until my traffic levels reach respectable traffic levels.
There is nothing wrong with being ambitious and reaching for the stars. But if we aim too high we set ourselves up for disappointment. You are an optomist and I enjoy working alongside these types. Good luck to you and let us know how it all turns out.
No, you wont make it. With one eye fixed upon your destination you only have one eye left to find the way.
