    Doing what? Joining the Co-op?

    It's a rather vague question.

What weight did you get? Whatever it is you can help yourself by getting more weight.

I do not understand your question. I have no idea what "this" represents.

There are lots of things you can do with a new site to help it become well indexed ad enjoy good SERPs. Step one is build a good content rich site.

Discovered a new single page web I put up last Friday is now indexed and cached. All I have is one linke to page.

Okay let me reword. I just joind the coop. I have only a few users and the site is new. As far as I can make out I have zero weight.

What steps can I take to improve my performance on this coop?

    Dennis

PS - Sorry for the confusion.

Had I read the forum in which you posted would have known what you were asking. It pays to read and I did not. (Paint my face red.)

As I understand it co-op weight is based on several factors. Among those are number pages Google shows with API, page rank on homepage, and number of ads shown on each page.

While waiting for Google to index and rank your site, work on other areas of optimization. Add your new site to your signature. This helps you get crawled and indexed. Start work on link building. Exchange links with online crossword puzzle sites. Read post giving you ideas of other ways to make your site better.

Good luck with your new site.

Yes, Coop is calculated with PR and page number - so if you have no PR you will have no Coop weight. You can put the Coop on a site with some PR and then point the adverts at your PR0 site. Meanwhile, build more useful pages with the adverts on them so that when you do get a PR your weight will be higher.
Also, you can refer people to sign up to the coop and you will gain 10% of their weight. All of this can be controlled from the 'master' account.

Okay, so assuming my Google stuff improves I should be fine.

    All I needed to know.

I am working on other things, thanks for the help.

By the way your website wont fit in my screen. I am on 1024x768 and more then half of the internet is on this as well. Also another huge number of people use 800x600 so they must be crying.

"In an effort to get this site noticed I have added Google Adsense to it as well as added it to a link sharing group.

At the very bottom of each page there will be several text links. Please click on them once in a while. The more you click, the more links we get, the better the site will do.

    Thanks,"
I would remove these kinds of posts from your forum. Even if you are implying click the ad network ads. It is still an insight to click and i dont know if it is against the Ad network TOS but it is not supposed to be a clicking network. Also, It is a bit ambigious and people might take it as click on the adsense.

It takes time for google to find your site interesting. If you are in google at all you should have SOME weight though. Even PR 0. In linkvault ive got a 200 page pr 0 which has gotten me around 250 links and im only using half my vaultage. Coop you dont know how many links you have, but if you are in google at all you should have some weight and therfore some backlinks.

I don't know why, it's a liquid style, it has fit on everythng I've tried it on, even 800x600. The center column shrinks to fit.
