Associated content by yahoo makes payment to Indians as well?

    I do no know guys if associated content taken over by Yahoo makes payment to the publishers from India as well.If you guys can help me out then it is better.Any details are surely appreciated in this regard.The link to my profile is as below

    Hello mate, Recently many updates were made regarding performance payments on associated content for indians. Are Indians allowed for payments.?
