    Good evening,

We're looking for some assistance with migrating two customer websites from one dedicated server to another. Both sites run the Mediamax video hosting (tube) software, and the videos are quite a few gigabytes.

I have transferred all of the files necessary and completed a MySQL dump of the databases. I believe it's going to be necessary to recompile Apache to install a handful of modules, here's the output of "httpd -l"
    from the old server:

    Compiled in modules:
    core.c
    mod_access.c
    mod_auth.c
    mod_auth_dbm.c
    mod_file_cache.c
    mod_echo.c
    mod_charset_lite.c
    mod_cache.c
    mod_disk_cache.c
    mod_mem_cache.c
    mod_case_filter.c
    mod_case_filter_in.c
    mod_dumpio.c
    util_ldap.c
    mod_auth_ldap.c
    mod_ext_filter.c
    mod_include.c
    mod_deflate.c
    mod_log_config.c
    mod_log_forensic.c
    mod_logio.c
    mod_env.c
    mod_mime_magic.c
    mod_cern_meta.c
    mod_expires.c
    mod_headers.c
    mod_usertrack.c
    mod_unique_id.c
    mod_setenvif.c
    mod_version.c
    mod_proxy.c
    proxy_connect.c
    proxy_ftp.c
    proxy_http.c
    mod_ssl.c
    mod_bucketeer.c
    prefork.c
    http_core.c
    mod_mime.c
    mod_dav.c
    mod_status.c
    mod_autoindex.c
    mod_asis.c
    mod_info.c
    mod_suexec.c
    mod_cgi.c
    mod_dav_fs.c
    mod_vhost_alias.c
    mod_negotiation.c
    mod_dir.c
    mod_imap.c
    mod_actions.c
    mod_speling.c
    mod_userdir.c
    mod_alias.c
    mod_rewrite.c
    mod_so.c

I do not believe that any modules except mod_rewrite are necessary on the new server. The old server was running CPanel, and we do not plan on running that on the new server, only Webmin, so we're looking for someone comfortable with working with only that GUI or the command line.

It is my belief that a skilled webmaster and/or Apache wizard could complete this in an hour or less, as you'll have access to both servers for easy comparison of files and testing along with our help, if you need anything. We're looking to pay a quick $50 via Paypal for your help (and) will also be providing a free VPS for 6 months from one of our sister companies. If you're in need of a dedicated server, VPS, or other type of hosting services, that's something we can work out as well.

Our company hosts a good number of dedicated servers and specializes in high bandwidth projects. We're going to be looking to bring on another team member to do migrations such as this, so if you're able to handle this migration (I think we've done most of the work), you're in good shape to help us with future. The server that is hosting the site is a Gigabit, Dual Quad core machine, so you're not going to be spending much time waiting around for Apache to compile or anything of that nature.

Again, we're looking to get some assistance with this migration immediately, as it needs to be completed in the next 12 hours. Please contact us via if you're interested.

Mods: This is our first post looking for assistance, I believe I've followed all the rules. If there's an issue, I apologize and will make any changes. Thank you.
