    A year ago I became the owner of a UK based Fashion Accessory website http://www.lady2b.com. Thanks to reading many posts on these forums the site now is on the first page of google seaches for relevant phrases.

    However, things still need to improve and I need some more advice;

    Why hasn’t the number of hits increased (currently approx 1500 per week)
    What can be done to increase sales conversion rates from less than 1%
    How can sales be increased in the american market
    How can I promote the unique “purse” facility

    Hope you can help and thank you

    I think what you are generally talking about would relate more to general business/marketing than SEO, if your happy with your rankings.Traffic untimately depends on demand.

    Maybe post your website in the review section if you are worried about your conversion rate and ask people to offer advice on improving the actual website feel/appearance.

    USA, do you get much international traffic? If so and its conversion problems again then from a quick glance I don't see any information on pricing in dollars, you have a currency converter tucked away on the left nav but you need clear in your face information on pricing or changing the currency on the product description, or you could offer a US based store/pricing option upon entering the store.

    If your site is at the top of the rankings for your keywords then maybe you need to expand and target the long tail keywords or go for some with a higher search volume.

    1500 hits per week isn't very many. How many unique visitors is that? Have you got a good stats package? If not install google analytics to track your sales and revenue streams.

    Maybe start an affiliate program.

    Try using offline (not online) marketing. Go to a college/high-school and send discounts to the influencers (people who can start a trend).
