The issue has been resolved. I must point out that ifreakz was amazingly proficient and fast in resolving the problem. He approached it in multiple ways and ended up with a solution that worked. Highly recommended PS: We have not exchanged money and until that happens, I think we are not eligible for an iTrader exchange. But a review is warranted.
