Assist in installation of a script

    i was able to get my hands on a script that converts partial feed into full text using simplepie a rss feed manager but i have no idea on how to install it so if could send the script to somebody so they can install it then give me the details on doing so that would be great thanks might be able to compensate a little bit through paypal
