    Does anyone have a sample of an "Asset Purchase Agreements" or "Bill of Sale" which is applicable to the sale of a domain name and/or website? I appreciate anyone's input or suggestions.

    For a domain name, any simple bill of sale should do if that is what you want.

    If you are doing something more complicated, like an active website, I would be very cautious about using any form that you find.
