How do you asses how difficult it is to rank for a certain key phrase I am launching/relaunching about 3 sites in the new year and i am assessing the SEO of them now I have one site that I want to rank for a certain term When I search the term google finds 400,000,000 results However while the 1st result is a big site some of the rest arent and only have 12 or so back links Is this a good sign or is the fact that there are so many results a really bad sign How would you asses this also it should be noted that I am not looking to rank in google.com but only in a certain country and the domain has the ccTLD for that country
try to build page in name of that keyword and put content according to that keyword and promote that keyword
