We have a site about 200-300 pages that needs a totally new look. The site was created in dreamweaver and we update pages using contribute. The site needs a new fresh look as it is now dated. I can PM you the url. We need to keep all of the existing page domains for SEO purposes. Not sure 301 redirect is suitable for 200-300 pages. Our site is a top ten Google site for most of our keywords. We need to be able to continue editing the site after the design We are prepared to hand the entire job to the right developer. You will be given access to the existing site and total responsibility for the rebuild You can design the new site from scratch or modify the existing site to fit a new skin which you will design You can create the menus and relevant includes, headers, footers, images etc. or adapt the existing ones You can build the new site pages using existing content, page titles, descriptions, keywords etc. We need the entire site designed, rebuilt and tested offline. When happy we will then make the switch. It is vital that this site maintains its position in Google so please understand this job will not be given to an amateur. Can you do this? If you are the chosen designer/developer we will spread the payment. When we see the initial design work and the relationship is working we will make a small deposit. As work progresses and we see evidence that the site is being built to our requirements we may forward a second payment. When the site is complete and both parties are happy final payment will be made.
