    Hey there!
Does it make any difference to the Adsense earnings if the web technology is changed from, let say, HTML to ASP or ASP.NET ? -
Also, What is the difference between code placed on static HTML documents and with cotents coming from some backend DB and displayed on a page. Will take make difference in Adsense displaying the ads and recognizing the contents?

    Any Thoughts?

    no.

Adsense relies purely on the type of content represented on your site to determine what ads are displayed...not how said content is presented.

The scripting language really doesn't matter at all.
