asp.net or php

    Which is more suitable php or asp.net for creating and doing?

    Both are programming languages that work on the server. Both will do the job easily.

    Check out Moodle, a PHP script that does that kind of thing.

    u can use any of them.But php is more recommended bcoz its cheap and powerful.

    I scored 47 on the test, not bad. Regarding the language, I agree that PHP would be your best choice. You can develop in .NET using the free express versions, but hosting and other items may be cost prohibitive. Linux host, PHP, and a good IDE should get you started on your way. Good luck.

    PHP and ASP.NET both are good. for this kind of work

    plus point with PHP

    more free source are available
    hosting is cheap
    tips help is easily available

    while ASP.NET
    more secure
    more powerful
    better data presentation controls.

    both are free.
    express edition is development environment will work
    while asp.net framework is free

    asp.net is object oriented ( PHP i don't know)

    I would love to learn PHP
