ASP.Net Hosting Recommendations (with SQL Server)

    Hi,

    I'm looking for some recommendations on ASP.Net hosting. My requirements are:

    1) Up time got to be good
    2) Decent customer service
    3) ASP.Net 1.1 and SQL Server
    4) URL Re-writing must work (some hosts have IIS set so it doesn't)
